The Pro 100 EXP Dumbbells are available in four expandable sets. Stage 1 ranges from 5-40 lbs., Stage 2 grows the weights to 60 lbs., Stage 3 increases it further to 80 lbs., and Stage 4 maxes it out to 100 lbs.

Unless you buy Stages 1-4 at the onset, you can add to your dumbbells at any time by purchasing additional expansion kits. These dumbbells grow with you! Key features include:
