While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do everything in our power to provide a return label and facilitate the shipment on your behalf. Any shipping charges incurred will be billed directly to the customer.

Damaged Returns

If a return is made and upon inspection is deemed to have been damaged by the customer, Blue Sky Fitness Supply reserves the right not to refund any or all of the refund amount to the customer.

Materials Included

Any return shipment must include all of the original materials and parts to be eligible for any reimbursement.

Unauthorized Returns

Any items returned to Yoga Strong without receiving prior approval to do so will not be granted a refund or credit. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any items returned without prior authorization.

Exchanges

Exchanges for Yoga Strong products are not accepted as standard practice; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion.

Refunds

Any approved refunds will be issued within 10 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
