Warranty Coverage

All Airex products are manufactured with the highest quality and are made to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

All products include a 1-year commercial warranty.

General Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage

  • All tubs made by Blue Cube come standard with the best warranty in the cold plunge industry. This includes: 5 year no leak warranty for tub and plumbing, 5 year exterior warranty, 5 year cabinet warranty, and a 1 year electrical component warranty.
  • Their products are manufactured with the highest quality and are warranted to
    be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
  • Blue Sky Fitness Supply is an official partner of BlueCube, so all of their tubs
    products purchased through Blue Sky are covered under the manufacturer’s
    warranty.

General Warranty Information

  • Extent: The BlueCube warranty applies to the original purchaser at the
    original installation site for deliveries in the contiguous United States or Canada. Warranties are non-transferable in the event of a resale.
  • Updates and Changes: BlueCube reserves the right to change and update the warranty without notice.
  • Definitions: A “residential” cold plunge is one intended to be used at an individuals or families home. A “commercial” cold plunge is one intended to be used in a
    business, school, or public sector institution, which includes but is not limited to apartment buildings, hotels, high schools, police stations, fire stations, gyms, rec centers, etc.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Improper installation or reinstallation.
  • Alteration without prior written consent from Blue Sky Fitness Supply and/or BlueCube.
  • Accidents.
  • Acts of God or Mother Nature.
  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Commercial or industrial use of a non-commercial model
  • Use of an accessory not approved by Blue Sky Fitness Supply or BlueCube.
  • Failure to follow BlueCube's pre-delivery instructions or your owner's manual upon delivery.
  • Repairs or installations made or attempted by anyone other than an authorized service agent vetted by Blue Sky Fitness Supply and/or BlueCube.
  • Alterations which include, but are not limited to, any component or plumbing change or electrical conversion.
  • Failure to follow all regular maintenance and service requirements as instructed by Blue Sky Fitness Supply and/or Blue Cube.
  • There is no warranty on the exposed wooden parts of any BlueCube model. Purchaser take responsibility for all wood upkeep and maintenance.

Service Information

  • To obtain service or to file a warranty claim, customers should contact Blue Sky here.
  • In the event of parts or products needing to be returned to BlueCube, the cold plunge owner must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with returning parts or products for service.
  • In the event of a service provider being needed, the cold plunge owner will find a local repair person who will be pre-vetted by BlueCube prior to attempting any service. Blue Sky Fitness Supply will help facilitate the vetting process.
  • Should the repair person charge a travel charge, the cold plunge owner will be responsible for this. Everything else related to the service, assuming it doesn't fall under any exclusions, will be covered by BlueCube.
  • Cold plunge owner is responsible for insuring any parts or products returned.
  • BlueCube must be presented with proof or purchase documentation, included with the date of purchase in order to provide warranty service.

CANDO

Warranty Coverage

All CanDo products are manufactured with the highest quality and are made to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

All products include a 1-year commercial warranty.

  • Blue Sky Fitness Supply is an official partner of Dynamic Saunas, so all Dynamic
    products purchased through Blue Sky are covered under the manufacturer’s
    warranty.

General Warranty Information

  • Registration: All Dynamic Saunas products ship with a ‘warranty registration card’ in the packaging. The card must be filled out and instructions on the card must be followed within 60 days of receiving your product to validate the
    manufacturer's warranty.
  • Extent: The Dynamic Saunas warranty applies to the original purchaser at the
    original installation site for deliveries in the contiguous United States or Canada.
  • Updates and Changes: Dynamic Saunas reserves the right to change and update the warranty without notice.
  • Definitions: A “residential” sauna is one intended to be used at an individuals or
    families home. A “light commercial” sauna is one intended to be used in a
    non-dues paying facility, which includes apartment complex gyms, hotel wellness and spa areas, high school weight rooms, police stations, fire stations, etc.

Warranty Exclusions

  • If the sauna has been subject to full commercial use when it is a residential or light commercial model.
  • If the sauna has been altered, modified, or repaired by non-Dynamic authorized personnel. Do not attempt to repair the sauna yourself without first contacting Blue Sky Fitness Supply or Dynamic Saunas.
  • If the sauna is an indoor model and has been positioned outdoors, or vice-versa.
  • Improper use of lacquer or paints on or inside the sauna.
  • Sauna has been placed on non-approved surfaces.
  • Normal wear and tear or weathering of the sauna.
  • Use of the sauna not in accordance with the instruction manual.

  • Loss of device.

  • Their products are manufactured with the highest quality and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. If your product fails within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, Hyperice will repair or replace the product free of charge after their expert technicians inspect it. Any return shipping costs associated with a warranty claim will also be covered.
  • Blue Sky Fitness Supply is an official partner of Hyperice, so all Hyperice products
    purchased through Blue Sky are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Registering Product and Filing Warranty Claim

The following information is required in order for you to register this product and file a warranty claim:

  • Proof of Purchase: Anything which states the date of purchase, the name of the item which was purchased, and proof that it was purchased through Blue Sky Fitness Supply.
  • Product Serial Number: This can be found on a sticker placed on the outer packaging of all products and/or on another sticker printed directly on the product.
  • Image or Video of the Product Issue: Depending on the nature of the claim, we will request images and/or videos to better understand the issue, it’s cause, and how to best rectify it.
  • Contact Information: This includes your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, etc.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport.
  • Products which were misused or modified in any way.
  • Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises.
  • Products repaired by the user or anyone other than an authorized service representative of Hyperice.
  • Products which were dropped or damaged due to user error.
  • Products which were charged using an unauthorized non-Hyperice charger.
  • Damage exceeding the cost of the product.
  • Products/accessories which were not used in accordance with the user manual.
  • Products which the buyer is unable to provide the dated proof of purchase and/or serial number for.
  • Units not used in accordance with Hyperice care instructions.
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
