2️⃣ What is the temperature range & rate of change?
The temperature of any Dynamic Cold Therapy Chiller can be set between 37 °F and 80 °F (3 °C and 27 °C).
The chillers will change temperature at a rate of 1-3 °F per 40 mins, 30 mins, and 20 mins depending on whether you go with the Lite, Standard, or Pro models, respectively.
The chillers will maintain the set temperature 24/7, as long as you keep the unit plugged in and turned on.

Care & Maintenance Questions
1️⃣ Can the chiller go inside or outside?
1️⃣ Can the chiller go inside or outside?
The chillers are water resistant, but not water proof, and can malfunction if subjected to too much direct sunlight which can cause the Ambient Temperature Sensor to malfunction.
For this reason, we suggest keeping the chillers inside or outside under cover to eliminate any chance of the units receiving too much moisture or direct sunlight.
2️⃣ How do I change the filter?
2️⃣ How do I change the filter?
To change the filter:
- Turn off the chiller.
- Plug the chiller inlet and outlet hoses using the provided plugs.
- Loosen and remove the filter cap using the provided filter wrench.
- Expect some residual water to spill out of the hoses/chiller.
- Discard the older filter and place a fresh filter in the filter cup.
- Repeat steps 1-3 in reverse order to secure the filter back in place.
3️⃣ How often should the filter be changed?
3️⃣ How often should the filter be changed?
Changing the filters depends on tub use. If the water and/or filter becomes cloudy/discolored, we suggest changing the filter at this time.
Filters will sometimes become discolored before the water does. Depending on usage, filters may need to be changed weekly or monthly.
If you notice the flow rate of your chiller below 16L/min, or if the chiller is noisier than usual, then this may also be an indicator that the filter is due for a replacement.
